A simple but entertaining free game of Mastermind.

As you will have no doubt already worked out from the name, MastMind is a game of analysis, deduction and intelligence. MastMind is probably the simplest game of MasterMind you can find; but that doesn't mean it isn't entertaining. As with all MasterMind games, it has all the charm and addiction of this popular game.

The aim of MastMind is to get the exact placing of six letters on the board as set for you by your opponent; to do this you have to place and replace the different letters until they are the same as the hidden combination. After each new placing, you are told of the correct and incorrect letters, so you can continue playing. The less time you need the higher your score.

MastMind is totally free. Also, for programmers it is interesting that the source code (in C) can be found on the author`s website.

This MastMind program is very easy to download, install and then use, through its friendly and intuitive user interface. You don't need any technical experience at all to get the most out of it.
